Dr. Diva Kant Misra, DO, DNB, MNAMS, FVRS, is widely regarded as India’s leading vitreoretinal surgeon and the founder of TSRS (Thirty Second Retina Surgeries). .Dr. Misra is Director of Swarnjyoti Eye Hospital, a multi-center ophthalmology group headquartered in Lucknow, and serves as President of the Young Ophthalmologists Society of India (YOSI, 2024-26). He is the only Indian member of the AAO One Network Retina Subcommittee, a member of the APAO Young Ophthalmologists Standing Committee, and Convener of the Young Ophthalmologists Program at WOC 2026, Prague.He trained at Sri Sankardeva Nethralaya, Guwahati, completed an training at Stanford’s Byers Eye Institute, and a postgraduate course at Harvard Medical School.
